How far in advance should I book?

It is on first come first serve basis. We encourage the earlier the better.

What is your cancellation policy?

All payments are non-refundable. We allow ammendment to the next available date, at no additional cost. 

Do you have a projector and projector screen?

Yes, we do provide complimentary projector and screen.

Are tables and chairs provided?

Yes, the following tables and chairs are included in your rental fee:

  • 135 chairs (40 armrest chairs, 40 banquet chairs & 55 plastic chairs)
  • 10 tables (2’ x 4’ banquet table)
  • Note: Any other request will be subject to additional cost. 
How do I secure my event date for the space I want?

A non-refundable 50% deposit of the venue rental is required to secure your space along with a signed contract.

How much does it cost to rent each space?

Please contact us directly for pricing.

Is smoking allowed?

Cigarette smoking is strictly not allowed inside the venue. Smoking is only allowed at the designated area (gazebo).

Can two events happen simultaneously on my event day?

No, we will never book two events on the same day.

Are there decorating restrictions?

Yes, for main hall you may only stick objects to the wall with paper tape. We do not allow any object/decoration at the stage wall as the wall are functioning as a projector screen. All decoration must be cleaned up after the event.

Do you have a sound system?

Yes, we do have a basic PA system chargeable per day that comes with 2 wireless microphones.

Can I drop off items the day before?

Yes, you can. However, it is not under our liability. 

Can I use my own caterer?

Yes, you can.

When can we start setting up for our event?

There are complimentary 4 hours usage provided for rehearsal and setup between 8am – 5pm. Any additional hour will be charged accordingly.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept cash, cheques, bank transfer, CDM, service order.

How do I block or reserve a date?

To block or reserve a date, you need to contact us directly. If the date is available, we will hold your booking and a hold is not secure until a signed contract is returned with the required deposit.It is strictly on first come first serve basis.

Can I come see the space?

Yes! We would be happy to give you a scheduled walk-through and answer any questions to help you make your decision to book. Just contact us to make an appointment.
